OSK Property collabs with Affin Bank to provide financial solutions tailored to women homebuyers

KUALA LUMPUR (June 14): OSK Property Holdings Bhd, the property arm of OSK Holdings Bhd (KL:OSK) has partnered with Affin Bank Bhd (KL:AFFIN) in the bank’s new mortgage programme “Affinita”, aimed at providing women with financial solutions towards homeownership.

According to a statement on Thursday (June 13), “Affinita” is designed to meet the needs and aspirations of female homebuyers by offering discounts, privileges and other benefits through partnerships with over 100 merchants, such as fashion boutiques and wellness retreats.

Additionally, the “Affinita” programme grants female homebuyers who secured financing above RM500,000, exclusive access to Affin Banks’s Invikta Premier Banking service.

“Our collaboration with Affin Bank marks a significant milestone in our commitment to supporting women in their pursuit of homeownership. By offering attractive financial support, we are enabling women to build secure and prosperous futures for themselves and their families," said OSK Property chief executive officer (CEO) Ong Ghee Bin in the statement.

“This partnership aligns perfectly with OSK Property’s mission of building not just homes, but futures for homeowners. We are dedicated to equipping women with the tools and opportunities necessary for financial independence and resilience,” he added.
