PETALING JAYA (Aug 5): ERA Realtor recently held its annual dinner and gala night where it paid tribute to all who contributed to the agency’s success.

Up to 270 people attended the event at Trove Hotel in Johor Bahru, Johor, which was themed the “Shanghai Night”.

“ERA Realtor has reached several milestones, including expanding our market presence across multiple regions, achieving record-breaking sales figures, launching innovative technology platforms for our agents, and receiving numerous industry awards for excellence in service and performance,” said its chief executive officer Tai Eefan.

Altogether, 21 awards were given out to recognise numerous achievements by the ERA Realtor family.

ERA Realtor has changed with the times and it aims to continue its drive for market relevance to move forward.

Founded by Tai and its principal Lim Ah Leck, ERA Realtor was once known as New Bob Realty Sdn Bhd. The agency saw a major rebranding in 2020 to ERA Realtor as it assimilated into ERA’s Real Estate Business System.

In an earlier report on ERA Realtor’s collaboration with EdgeProp to enhance the former’s marketing tools, it was revealed that the agency recorded sales totalling RM10 million for the May to December 2023 period.

“I am incredibly proud of our agents and negotiators for their hard work and dedication, consistently surpassing sales targets, demonstrating outstanding teamwork, and continuously improving their skills through training and seminars, which have collectively driven our success and raised our company's standards,” said Tai.

He said the accolades for hard work, celebrations of achievements, trainings and incentives are great sources of motivation for all in ERA Realtor.

“It is no surprise that they continue to have consistent top performance in sales, exceptional client satisfaction ratings, industry awards for professionalism, and leadership in handling complex transactions,” added Tai.

Going forward, he said that: “Our goals for ERA Realtor are to expand our market presence, enhance client satisfaction, leverage technology, invest in professional development, promote sustainable practices, innovate marketing strategies, engage with the community, optimise operational efficiency, diversify our property portfolio, and foster employee satisfaction.

“We aim to have branches in Kluang, Kuantan and Seremban in our short-term plans. In the long term, we hope to have offices in all of Malaysia”.
