KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 13): MyTOWN Shopping Centre has achieved an occupancy rate of 98%, following the entry of 27 new tenants in 1H2024, according to a press statement dated Aug 12.
The new tenants include Victor Malaysia, Infinity by DeGem, Alha Alfa, HONOR, Famous Amos, Bask Bear Coffee & Toasties, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Signature Kitchen, Baseball Cage and Aplus Go Babyland.
In the statement, MyTOWN general manager Mohd Azhan Che Mat said. “With the introduction of new lifestyle retail, dining, and entertainment, MyTOWNKL is becoming the ideal meeting destination for shoppers to socialise and connect in the city centre.
“We remain committed to constantly evolve and improve our meeting place offer. We continue to invest in a sustainable way to create a space for the right tenant mix so that we stay relevant to the ever-changing needs of our shoppers.”
In addition to the expanding tenant mix, the statement also highlighted that MyTOWN experienced an increase in tenants’ sales by 15% in 1H2024 compared with last year. “With the support from our valued business partners, we are confident that we will be able to continue accomplishing positive performance for this year,” Mohd Azhan added.
