KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 23): S P Setia Bhd received the coveted Top Developer Award 2024 (with equivalent ranking among the other winners) at the BCI Asia Awards, at its gala dinner held at the Mayang Sari Ballroom, JW Marriot Hotel Kuala Lumpur on August 16.

Based on the awards’ criteria, S P Setia (and the other winning property developers) were chosen based on the aggregated value of projects under construction during the last full calendar year, weighted by the extent of their sustainability efforts.

“We are grateful that Setia has clenched the Top Developer Award at the BCI Asia Awards 2024, making this the 13th time since 2011. It is a testament to our efforts in building sustainable communities and developing quality developments,” said S P Setia’s chief operating officer, Datuk Zaini Yusoff at the event

S P Setia’s win is a result of the combined 32 key developments across its landbank, including Temasya Prisma in Shah Alam, Setia Warisan Tropika in Sepang, Setia Safiro in Cyberjaya, Setia Eco Templer in Rawang, Setia Mayuri in Semenyih, Setia Alamsari in Bangi, Setia Fontaines in Penang, Setia Eco Gardens in Johor, among other highlighted developments.

Since 2005, BCI Asia Awards acknowledges Asia’s top building professionals, developers and architects.
