KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 28): K.T.I. Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of KTI Landmark Bhd (KL:KTI), has appointed Knight Frank Property Management Sdn Bhd (KFPM) as the property management firm for its mixed-development project called The Logg in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

The Logg consists of luxurious residential units (Shorea n Astoria and Park Hill), a 4-star Avani hotel, commercial office spaces and a mall.

In a media statement on Wednesday, K.T.I. said that together with KFPM, they will provide free home services to the first 200 purchasers of Shorea n Astoria for the first two years. These services include weekly cleaning, periodic pest control, air-conditioning maintenance and more. Additionally, residents of Shorea n Astoria will benefit from a shuttle service that transports them to designated locations in the city.

"We are thrilled to partner with KFPM to ensure that The Logg offers an unparalleled experience to our residents and mall shoppers. Their expertise in managing premium properties aligns perfectly with our vision for The Logg as a landmark destination in Kota Kinabalu,” said KTI Landmark executive director Stella Loke in the media statement.

KFPM managing director Kuruvilla Abraham said the company will oversee the day-to-day operations of The Logg, managing the common property, optimising operational efficiency, and ensuring the satisfaction of residents and tenants.

Sharing his comments on the partnership, Knight Frank Malaysia group managing director Keith Ooi said: “The Logg is a groundbreaking development, and we are honoured to be entrusted with its management. Our team is dedicated to implementing innovative solutions and best practices that will enhance the overall experience for all stakeholders.”
