Mah Sing breaks ground for Residensi Suria Madani; launches M Aspira at Taman Desa on Thursday

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 29): Mah Sing Group Bhd (KL:MAHSING) held a groundbreaking ceremony for Residensi Suria Madani and launched the M Aspira mixed-development project on Thursday. The projects have a combined gross development value of RM1.01 billion.

Located in Taman Desa, Residensi Suria Madani is a one-tower apartment with a total of 800 units. The units will have a built-up size of 800 sq ft, priced at RM200,000.

According to the press statement issued on Thursday, Residensi Suria Madani aims to create a harmonious living environment which embodies the Madani concept of inclusivity, prosperity and unity. It also provides affordable housing options, and promotes community cohesion and a better quality of life for all residents.

Both Residensi Suria Madani and M Aspira are located on a 6.17-acre freehold land in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur. They are accessible via MEX highway, Federal highway, New Pantai Expressway, Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway, Sprint Highway, Smart Tunnel and the KL-Seremban highway. Public transportation such as KTM Salak Selatan and LRT Salak Selatan stations and Terminal Bersepadu Selatan are within the vicinity.

The groundbreaking ceremony of Residensi Suria Madani on Thursday was officiated by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and attended by Minister of Federal Territories Zaliha Mustafa, Minister of Housing and Local Government Nga Kor Ming, chief secretary to the government Datuk Seri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar and Seputeh Member of Parliament Theresa Kok Suh Sim.
