Maming to launch D'Garden landed residential project in 1Q2025

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 3): Boutique developer Maming Group of Companies, via its subsidiary Maming Development (UC) Sdn Bhd, plans to launch D'Garden, a residential development in Shah Alam, Selangor, in the first quarter of 2025 (1Q2025).

The announcement follows the company's successful acquisition of a 100% stake in Setia Gardens Development Sdn Bhd on Aug 28. At the time of acquisition, Setia Gardens Development had secured a development order to develop a 4.75-acre (1.92-hectare) freehold land in Shah Alam into a low-density residential area called D’Garden, and hence, Maming Development (UC) will be continuing the development.

As a guarded residential development, D'Garden will consist of 50 units of double-storey houses with prices ranging from RM688,800 to RM924,800. There will also be 10 units of single-storey homes with prices to be determined at a later date.
