Pesona Metro clinches RM321m condo job in KL

• The construction and trading group said the contract was awarded by the project developer, Sime Darby Property (Golfhome) Sdn Bhd.

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 24): Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd (KL:PESONA) has bagged a contract worth RM321.09 million to undertake the superstructure works of three blocks of condominiums in Jalan Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

The construction and trading group said the contract was awarded by the project developer, Sime Darby Property (Golfhome) Sdn Bhd, which is wholly owned by Sime Darby Property Bhd (KL:SIMEPROP).

The project is expected to take 27 months and will start from Oct 11.

Shares in Pesona Metro settled unchanged at 23.5 sen on Tuesday, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM163 million.
