KUALA LANGAT (Sept 26): Boutique developer Ancubic Group has officially launched its latest industrial park project, A-Park Bangi, in a groundbreaking ceremony at the Ancubic Harmoni sales gallery here on Thursday.

The ceremony was officiated by Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari.

“This is not just an industrial project, it is a symbol of progress and innovation in Malaysia’s industrial sector. It is particularly special because it is the final industrial development in the Bandar Baru Bangi area. The factory units of A-Park Bangi have been designed with operational practicality in mind, offering innovative features to meet the needs of modern businesses,” said Ancubic Group executive director Kimilee You in her opening speech.

In his officiating address, Amirudin said Bandar Baru Bangi is a conducive area for not only residences but also for industrial activities due its strategic location, good connectivity and ample infrastructure.

“The establishment of A-Park Bangi not only injects new vitality into the local economy but also provides investors with a more favourable environment. The state government will continue to vigorously support the development of similar projects to promote comprehensive regional economic prosperity,” said Amirudin.

Situated on 20 acres of leasehold land, the gated and guarded A-Park Bangi comprises 49 two-storey and three-storey semi-detached and detached factories with built-ups ranging from 9,500 to 31,000 sq ft. The units are priced from RM6.7 million.

The industrial park is targeted to be completed by 2027.

According to the developer, 60% of the factory units have been taken up to date.

Some features and facilities of A-Park Bangi include 66ft access roads, rainwater harvesting systems, a one-acre recreational park and optional solar panels for rooftops.

The industrial park is accessible via major road networks such as the North-South Expressway, Silk Highway, and SKVE Highway.
