KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 19): Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd’s (KL:MATRIX) Levia Residence condominium in Cheras has achieved a take-up rate of 70% since its official launch in January, according to a press statement on Tuesday.

Spread across a 4.7-acre tract and with a gross development value of RM522 million, Levia Residence offers two 36-storey towers, consisting of 778 units in total. The units come in built-ups ranging from 767 to 1,364 sq ft with selling prices from RM694,000.

Meanwhile, the statement also highlighted that Matrix Concepts Holdings, through its subsidiary Matrix Concepts (Cheras) Sdn Bhd, has signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with WIT Ventures Sdn Bhd to equip Levia Residence with a smart concierge services kiosk that will be integrated with the Horosys mobile app.

WIT Ventures, through its brand Five Senses, will operate the concierge offering 24/7 accessibility and personalised services such as unit maintenance, shuttle, dry cleaning and visitor management. In terms of security, it offers controlled access and monitoring.

The MOA was signed by Matrix Concepts general manager of central region property development Joshua Liew and WIT Ventures managing director Calvin Thow.

In conjunction with the partnership, WIT Ventures unveiled its latest Horosys app for visitor management in residential communities. The app enables residents to manage all features remotely, including guest registration.

“Upon arrival, guests can simply scan a QR code at the kiosk to receive an access card, granting them secure lift access exclusively to the resident’s designated floor and unit,” the statement said.

Levia Residence is also incorporated with green features, earning itself a GreenRE Provisional Silver Certification.
