S P Setia scores double wins at The Edge Malaysia Property Excellence Awards 2024

• S P Setia bagged the Outstanding Overseas Project Award for its project Sapphire by the Gardens in Melbourne, Australia; while being also listed in the prestigious Top Property Developers Awards (TPDA) 2024, for quantitative and qualitative categories overall.

PETALING JAYA (Nov 22): S P Setia Bhd clinched two key awards at The Edge Property Excellence Awards (TEPEA) 2024 held at the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur on Nov 11.

S P Setia bagged the Outstanding Overseas Project Award for its project Sapphire by the Gardens in Melbourne, Australia; while being also listed in the prestigious Top Property Developers Awards (TPDA) 2024, for quantitative and qualitative categories overall.

In terms of criteria, the top property developers’ awards were evaluated both qualitative and quantitative attributes; in the qualitative category, the companies were evaluated based on their expertise, image, innovation and creativity, product quality and value creation.

Meanwhile in the quantitative category, the companies were evaluated on their shareholders’ funds, turnover, profitability, cash or gearing, all weighted by Deloitte Malaysia.

Since the inception of the awards, Setia has been ranked the top No 1 spot for an unprecedented 14 times.
