Lightwater Residences at The Light City, Penang opens for registration

PENANG (Nov 29): Lightwater Residences located within integrated development within The Light City has opened for registration.

Lightwater Residences is a joint venture between IJM Corp Bhd and Perennial Holdings Private Limited of Singapore.

Meanwhile, The Light City spans 32.76 acres and is a mixed-use development via a joint venture between IJM Corp Bhd and Perennial Holdings Private Limited of Singapore.

Both Lightwater Residences and The Light City is located near George Town, the Bayan Lepas Free Trade Zone, and the mainland.

Each residence of Lightwater Residences “is thoughtfully tailored to suit a variety of lifestyles, with highly exclusive units ranging from 1,152 sq ft to 3,186 sq ft,” stated IJM Land in a media release. Residents will have views of the Penang Straits and the iconic Penang Bridge.
