AmanahRaya REIT announces resignation of Tunku Rozita and names Mohd Iskandar as acting MD

• Mohd Iskandar Dzulkarnain Ramli is currently the group chief corporate services officer of AmanahRaya Bhd, a role he assumed since May 2023.

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 10): AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) (KL:ARREIT) on Thursday announced the resignation of Tunku Rozita Tunku Abdul Malek as its executive director and the managing director of its manager AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn Bhd, due to personal reasons.

With her resignation, effective Jan 11, Mohd Iskandar Dzulkarnain Ramli has been appointed as the REIT manager's acting MD.

Mohd Iskandar is currently the group chief corporate services officer of AmanahRaya Bhd, a role he assumed since May 2023, according to AmanahRaya's website.

Units of ARREIT dipped 0.5 sen or 1.3% to close at 38.5 sen on Friday, giving the REIT a market capitalisation of RM220.69 million.
