SkyWorld strikes gold at Putra Aria Brand Awards for second consecutive year

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 17): SkyWorld Development Bhd has won gold in the Property Development category for the second consecutive year at the 2024 Putra Aria Brand Awards.

The Putra Aria Brand Awards, known as “The People’s Choice”, is organised by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents Malaysia (4As). The awards recognise outstanding brands within the marketing and advertising landscape across various segments in Malaysia.

“This win is testament of our steadfast commitment to our brand promise of ‘You Can Now Own a Quality Home and Living’”, said chief executive officer of SkyWorld Development, Lee Chee Seng.

“This award is also evidence of SkyWorld’s dedication as a responsible property developer in providing quality customer service to our homeowners. It highlights the impact of our SkyWorld Healthy Homes initiative, which prioritizes sustainability, high quality, and personal wellness in every development.

This spurs us on to continue elevating, innovating, and delivering homes and living experiences that not only meet expectations but exceed them,” Lee added.

According to a media release by SkyWorld all its “projects undergo stringent assessment through the Construction Industry Development Board’s (CIDB) Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) to benchmark quality workmanship against industry standards”. To date, SkyWorld has achieved high QLASSIC scores for all its completed developments, including achieving the highest QLASSIC score for SkyAwani 5 in the affordable housing category.

As a result of its steadfast commitment to quality and consumer trust “SkyWorld has been entrusted to deliver the nation’s largest affordable housing project in Penang in the coming months. This honour underscores the confidence placed in SkyWorld to meet the needs of Malaysians through high-quality, innovative housing solutions,” stated the developer.
