Chin Hin Group unveils RM1.1 bil waterfront residential project in Melaka

KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 24): Chin Hin Group Property Bhd (KL:CHGP) unveiled its latest apartment development named Avalton By The Water located at Jalan Melaka Raya 35, Melaka, on Sunday.

The project has a gross development value of RM1.1 billion and will be spread across a 6.619-acre leasehold tract, offering 539 units across seven residential blocks — six have seven storeys and one with 15 storeys.

The units will come with two layout options of three bedrooms and built-ups ranging from 760 to 850 sq ft. Selling prices start from RM508,000. The development has a resort theme and all units will be equipped with Signature kitchen fixtures.

The waterfront project is situated opposite Malacca Island and is within close proximity to tourist destinations such as A Famosa, Jonker Street, Melaka River Cruise and Little India. It is located near healthcare facilities like Mahkota Medical Centre and Melaka Hospital; educational institutions such as JT International School, SMK Tinggi Melaka and MMU University Malaysia; and retail and entertainment centres like Aeon Mall Bandaraya Melaka, Mahkota Parade, Plaza Hang Tuah and The Shore Shopping Gallery.

The statement added that Chin Hin is in partnership with local short-term stay management chain Maplehome, and that investors of Chin Hin’s developments can leverage Maplehome’s property management services which include in-house maintenance and housekeeping.
