Glomac hands over affordable townhouse development in Bandar Saujana Utama to buyers

KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 27): Glomac Bhd (KL:GLOMAC), via its wholly owned subsidiary Kelana Kuality Sdn Bhd, has handed over vacant possession of Seri Kenanga, a Rumah Selangorku affordable housing project at Saujana Perdana in Bandar Saujana Utama, Selangor.

The project comprises 178 landed 2½-storey townhouses, with a lot size of 24ft by 65ft and a built-up area of 1,200 sq ft. Priced at RM250,000 per unit, each home comes with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a parking bay.

According to a statement issued by Glomac dated Feb 27, the homes were delivered ahead of schedule.

Seri Kenanga marks Glomac’s second affordable landed project at Saujana Perdana, following the 180-unit Seri Kenari affordable townhouse development that was handed over to its buyers in June 2022.

To date, Glomac Bhd has delivered 1,549 affordable housing units in Bandar Saujana Utama.
