Average transacted prices for non-landed properties in Mont’Kiara, Kuala Lumpur have seen a 20% increase between 2023 and 2024. According to Tony Ong (REN 50512) (017-623 1430) of Reapfield Properties, this was a good deal, as there are limited units available for sale, making the buyer pretty lucky. The buyer liked that this particular unit is a corner lot and has great potential for renovation.
