Tropicana unveils Breeze Hill at Tropicana Avalon with groundbreaking ceremony

GENTING HIGHLANDS (March 6): Tropicana Corporation Bhd unveiled its latest integrated development in Tropicana Avalon today, with the introduction of the modern Breeze Hill Shoppes and Service Apartments.

Tropicana hosted an official groundbreaking ceremony at the site with main appointed contractor, China State Construction Engineering Malaysia (CSCEM).

The integrated development with a “GDV of RM1.4 billion “is poised to be the future of modern living, incorporating both residential and commercial components”, stated Tropicana.

Located on 6.7 acres of freehold land in the heart of Gohtong Jaya, Breeze Hill is “best suited for investors, business owners, holiday-makers and lifestyle seekers”.

“Since 2020, Tropicana made its mark in Genting Highlands and we continue to strengthen our presence by filling the market gap with the right product offerings. Building upon this blueprint, we are pleased to unveil the integrated Breeze Hill Shoppes and Service Apartments offering an amalgamation of luxury, modernity and connectivity.

Our first was at the booming southern region, Johor where we are the appointed contractor for the first branded residences - Skypark Kepler at Lido Waterfront Boulevard. “Today, we come together again to celebrate another milestone, marking the beginning of construction for Breeze Hill at Genting Highlands. With our combined expertise in the property and construction industry, we look forward to changing the Malaysian landscape, bringing about more modern yet sustainable developments," said deputy GM of CSCEC, Sun Jian Wen.

The residential component of Breeze Hill Service Apartments comprises two 27-storey towers with a total of 1,722 fully furnished units available in three layout types, from studio to 3-bedroom units. With a GDV of RM1.1 billion, prospective homeowners and investors can select units with an indicative price from RM400,000. Located beneath the residential component is the commercial section, Breeze Hill Shoppes, which comprises 90 units across two levels. The built-up sizes range from 959 sq ft to 3,470 sq ft, with prices starting from RM1.1 million. The commercial component has a GDV of RM250 million.

They also have double frontage to maximize the business exposure, a wide 9-meter length shop frontage while ground floor units possess high ceilings of up to 8m, that can potentially be converted to double-volume units. There will also be dedicated drop-off areas and parking for the shoppes.
