According to Catherine Wong (PEA 2869) (019-663 3377) of Kith and Kin Realty, this was a good deal, as landed, corner lot properties in Mont’Kiara are in limited supply, and the property was priced well for the buyer. The buyer also liked the property as it had good fengshui.
