Between 2020 to 2024, Westside III at Desa ParkCity saw a transaction volume of 96 listings sold, with a transaction value of RM131 million. According to Catherine Wong (PEA 2869) (019-663 3377) of Kith and Kin Realty, the buyers were already renting another unit at Westside III, and had been eagerly waiting for an opportunity to purchase a unit there. The buyers really wanted to stay within Desa ParkCity, as they love the township.

As of the start of April 2025, there are 61 listings on EdgeProp for sale at Westside III, with an average asking price of RM1,567,524.59, or RM1,029.80 psf. There are 29 rental listings available, with an average monthly rental of RM5,262 or RM3.70 psf.
