KUALA LUMPUR (April 16): PropNex Cheras Xpo 2025 attracted around 3,000 participants who attended the event to gain insights from industry experts.

PropNex Cheras Xpo 2025, a station of the largest property showcase, PropNex Malaysia Xpo 2025, was held on March 22 and 23, bringing homebuyers, investors, and industry leaders together for a transformative real estate experience.

The event was officiated by Yew Jia Haur, the member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly for Teratai, and Pang Sock Tao the member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly for Kuala Kubu Baharu.

Initiated by PropNex Malaysia chief executive officer (CEO) Marcus Teng and hosted by PropNex Cheras agency leaders Steven Tay and Jessica Tung, the PropNex Cheras XPO showcased over 1,000 properties comprising residential, commercial, industrial, and auctioned homes, offering attendees diverse access to prime property opportunities.

This event marked the beginning of the PropNex Malaysia Xpo 2025 series, a dedicated platform for homebuyers and investors to explore excellent deals, gain expert insights, and make informed investment decisions.

Beyond the property showcases, the expo also offered a comprehensive experience for participants; industry experts shared their guidance on property investment strategies, and top property advisors offered personal sessions.

PropNex Malaysia also announced that it will host the “National Largest Asean Listing Property Xpo” on July 26 and 27 at Nexus Connection here, featuring over 10,000 property listings across industrial, land, commercial, sub-sales, project developments, and more. The event is expected to be a hub for property investors seeking investment opportunities in the property sector in Asean countries.
