According to Ray Goh (REN 43416) (019-757 8686) of Esprit Estate Agent Sdn Bhd, the buyer who was seeking land for property development saw potential in the site’s strategic location and existing infrastructure. Meanwhile, the owner was looking to liquidate the land to invest in other asset classes that generate stable cash flows.
