PETALING JAYA (May 5): Exsim Hospitality’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM17.2-million contract for interior fit-out works in apartment units.

The contract was awarded by Nestcon Builders Sdn Bhd for design, supply, fabrication, delivery, and installation services.

According to its exchange filing, the project began on Friday (May 2), and is expected to be completed by March 20, 2026, with a defect liability period lasting up to 27 months after the Certificate of Practical Completion is issued. The location of the apartment was not disclosed.

Exsim Concepto, which provides specialised fit-out services for hospitality properties, is confident that the project will positively impact its earnings and net assets over its duration.

The board of directors of Exsim believes this contract aligns with the company’s ordinary course of business and is in its best interest, contributing to the company’s future growth and stability.
