Majuperak launches RM141 mil Taman Tasik Ardea housing project in Batu Gajah

KUALA LUMPUR (May 5): Majuperak Holdings Bhd (KL:MJPERAK) has launched Taman Tasik Ardea, a RM141 million residential development in Sungai Terap, Batu Gajah, offering 601 affordable homes across three phases.

Majuperak group chief executive officer Muhammad Yazurin Sallij said, “Taman Tasik Ardea proves that Majuperak remains focused in delivering development that not only prioritises commercial value but also provides significant social impact to the local community. We are expecting the full completion of the development by [September] 2026. More importantly, each unit is thoughtfully designed with careful considerations of the daily needs, current lifestyle and the financial affordability of the people.”

The launch was officiated by Perak Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad, who said the project supports the state government’s goal to expand affordable and quality housing under the Flagship Prosperous Housing Programme (Program Flagship Perumahan Sejahtera), within the framework of the Perak Sejahtera 2030 plan.

It is not merely a physical development project, but a long-term investment in building a more stable and comfortable life for the rakyat,” Saarani said.

Taman Tasik Ardea, developed on 114 acres of land owned by Syarikat Majuperak Bhd, a subsidiary of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak, will comprise single-storey terraced homes aimed at first-time buyers, young families and those seeking a nature-friendly environment.

Unit prices range from RM90,000 for Rumah Perakku 1 to RM250,000 for Rumah Perakku 3, with built-ups between 1,075 sq ft and 1,275 sq ft offering three or four bedrooms.

The homes will be developed in three phases, starting with 161 units in Phase 1, followed by 264 units in Phase 2, and 176 units in Phase 3.
