PETALING JAYA (May 8): EMKAY Group has gone for “a major shift” in Mercu Mustapha Kamal’s Tower 2's sales strategy, transitioning from an en-bloc sales model to stratified floor-by-floor sales, offering built-up areas ranging between 15,102 to 16,146 sq ft per floor.

“The change is aimed at opening new opportunities and flexibility to cater for startups, mid-size SMEs, and growing businesses to establish themselves in a prestigious corporate address once reserved for larger scale ownership. The purchase of each floor comes with approximately 50 carpark bays, based on an allocation of one carpark bay for every 300 sq ft,” stated EMKAY in a media release.

EMKAY Group also signed an “Exclusive Agreement” with four leading real estate agencies, IPVS (Cushman & Wakefield), Reapfield Properties, JAZ International, and Roof Realty, under the theme "ReDiscover Mercu Mustapha Kamal" along with this new move.

Mercu Mustapha Kamal is part of the Neo Damansara master development. It comprises residential, retail, and commercial components, and “is recognised today as a key catalyst for the urban growth of Damansara Perdana”, stated EMKAY.

“Mercu Mustapha Kamal is not just a building—it is the realisation of a dream. It reflects the legacy of visionary leadership and the evolution of new business aspirations,” said Datuk Fazwinna Mustapha Kamal, executive chairman of EMKAY Group, during the signing ceremony.

She added that the decision towards stratified sales was a strategic move aligned with post-pandemic market realities and business trends, offering flexible ownership options for a wider range of business owners.

She also highlighted Mercu Mustapha Kamal's commitment to sustainability and its suitability for modern businesses, incorporating Green Building Index (GBI) compliance and its features aligning with the MD (Malaysian Digital) status requirements.

Meanwhile, the appointed agencies expressed strong confidence in Mercu Mustapha Kamal's market appeal. They cited its strategic location, excellent connectivity, ready-built advantages, and the growing demand for right-sized office spaces among local and regional businesses.

They also acknowledged the building's advanced infrastructure and sustainable design as key differentiators.

Strategically located in the heart of Damansara Perdana with immediate access to major highways including NKVE, LDP, and Penchala Link, Mercu Mustapha Kamal offers businesses not just a corporate address but a gateway to growth, connectivity, and opportunity within an established commercial ecosystem.
