PETALING JAYA (May 9): Gather Properties achieved a 37% growth in performance, reaching approximately RM85 million in sales, which it considered “a standout accomplishment within the industry”.
This news was announced during the agency’s 11th anniversary celebrations and Awards Appreciation Night on April 15 at Le Méridien here.
Gather Properties’ also noted that its “outstanding performance in the real estate industry has earned widespread market recognition and trust”.
Gather Properties founder and managing director, Vincent Tan Voon Choon told EdgeProp.my that Gather Properties performance was achieved in “challenging market conditions”.
"We currently have around 1,100 agents across 19 branches. As we celebrate our 11th anniversary this year, we hope our agents will continue to achieve even greater success," he said.
Looking ahead, Vincent Tan Voon Choon added that Gather Properties will focus on nurturing new talent, actively recruiting more young individuals from the post-1990s and 2000s generations.

Gather Properties presented awards across multiple categories, including the Top Sub Sales Award, Top Project Sales Award, Top Rookies Award, Top Project In-Charge (PIC) Award, Top Submitted Case Award, Top Recruiter Award, Million Ringgit Sales Award, and Top Branch Award, celebrating the outstanding achievements of its agents.
In addition, all agents who met their performance targets were rewarded with local and overseas incentive trips, with destinations including Sabah, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Italy—in recognition of their hard work and dedication.
The highlight of the night was the presentation of the "2024 Million Ringgit Sales Award," where seven outstanding agents—Vincent Liaw, Vincent Tan, Kate Kuan, Michael Au, Kenny Chua, Dicson Loh, and Joell Tham—were honoured.
Gather Properties also took the opportunity to express heartfelt gratitude to its long-serving staff. Special Service Awards were presented to employees who have served for 10 years.
The Awards Appreciation Night not only featured a sumptuous feast but was also filled with a series of lively activities that made the evening even more joyful, including individual and table lucky draws, a performance of Gather Properties' new song, a best-dressed awards, and the announcement of short video challenge contest winners—all of which brought the atmosphere to an exciting climax.
