Tropicana Uplands’ commercial and residential phases record 100% take-up rates

• With the success of Fraser Heights phase 1, phase 2 is now open for online registration.

JOHOR BAHRU (May 9): Tropicana Uplands’ commercial and residential phases, Summit Commercial Hub and Aster Heights, achieved 100% take-up while its latest residential development, Fraser Heights phase 1, recorded 80% take-up as of 1Q2025.

Covering 313 acres, Tropicana Uplands and located within the international zone of Iskandar Malaysia, it is poised to be the new pulse of Johor as it is surrounded by mature residential and commercial properties, stated Tropicana Corp Bhd in a media release.

With the success of Fraser Heights phase 1, phase 2 is now open for online registration.

“For those who have missed out on our earlier phases, you may register online and be part of this vibrant township. Our upcoming Fraser Heights phase 2 will be home to 295 units, 2- and 3-storey terrace homes priced from RM745,000, with a land size of 18 ft by 65 ft and 18 ft by 70 ft,” said managing director, marketing & sales and business development of Tropicana Ixora Ang.

Fraser Heights phase 1 is made up of 223 total units of 2-storey terrace homes. Fraser Heights phase 2 will have 295 total units of 2- and 3-storey terrace homes.

Aster Heights occupies 12.6 acres and offers 193 units with a contemporary design tailored for young families. They have fully extended kitchen area with a flexible layout.

Meanwhile, the Summit Commercial Hub spans 7.2 acres and consists of 64 shop office units. Currently 90% completed, the hub is scheduled for handover in the second half of 2025. The development features 3.5m ceiling, private lifts for four-storey units, and built-in CCTVs.

“Our shop offices at Summit Commercial Hub recorded an impressive 100% take-up, achieving 90% completion and slated to be ready for handover by the second half of 2025. Aster Heights, our first completed residential phase is 100% sold out and received the highest 87% QLASSIC score.

“Following this overwhelming demand, in January 2025, Fraser Heights phase 1 was launched with much success, recording 80% take-up within the first quarter of the year. Now, we have unveiled the second phase and will continue to engage with our loyal purchasers,” added Ang.

Tropicana Uplands is a 313-acre development which has connectivity via major highways North-South Expressway, Pasir Gudang Highway, Iskandar Coastal Highway, Pontian Highway and Second-Link Expressway.
