WM Senibong sells out Kew Green 1 within three months

JOHOR BAHRU (May 13): WM Senibong Sdn Bhd has achieved a 100% take-up rate for Kew Green 1, the maiden precinct in its 38-acre master plan named The Kews, within three months of its launch in December 2024.

Kew Green 1 comprises 171 units of two- and three-storey link homes priced between RM1.1 million and RM2.1 million.

It offers three layout types — Pine (20ft by 70ft), Fir (22ft by 80ft) and Elm (22ft by 90ft) — all part of The Kews, located within Leisure Farm in Iskandar Puteri, just 10 minutes from Singapore via the Tuas Second Link.

“Our new homeowners are captivated by the eco-luxurious design, where distinctive architecture and nature blend seamlessly, creating a tranquil, sustainable community,” said WM Senibong chief executive officer CK Quay in a press statement on Tuesday.

The development is GreenRE Gold-rated and features a private clubhouse, rooftop garden, recreational lake park, and wellness-focused facilities including gyms, jogging paths, BBQ area and outdoor fitness stations. Residents also benefit from proximity to Senibong Golf Club, Educity, Gleneagles Medini and Nusajaya Tech Park.

“The accelerated take-up rate reflects the growing cross-border and local demand for conscious luxury living in the fast-growing Iskandar Puteri region, spurred by the exciting regional developments including the upcoming RTS and the SEZ,” Quay noted, referring to the Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System and the Special Economic Zone.

He added that the next phase, Kew Green 2, is slated for launch in August 2025, and will comprise 160 homes, including semi-detached units (Birch and Oak), cluster homes (Cassia) and link residences (Palm), priced from RM1.4 million to RM3.8 million.
