KUALA LUMPUR (May 15): Aneka Jaringan Holdings Bhd (KL:ANEKA) has secured a RM50.54 million contract to undertake earthworks, piling and substructure works for an apartment and hotel development project in Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.
The construction firm’s wholly owned Aneka Jaringan Sdn Bhd accepted the letter of award from Clement Chan Architect, who is acting on behalf of developer Kuala Lumpur Metro Property Sdn Bhd, according to Aneka Jaringan's bourse filing on Thursday.
The 18-month job will start from June 2 this year and be completed on Dec 1, 2026.
The building is proposed to stand 62 storeys tall, with service apartments taking up 35 floors, while the hotel takes up nine floors. The remaining floors are for amenities and commercial space.
Shares in Aneka Jaringan ended half a sen or 3.85% lower at 12.5 sen, valuing the company at RM86.72 million.
