All 192 units of Sime Darby Property’s The Nine fully taken up at its April 19 launch

KUALA LUMPUR (May 19): Sime Darby Property Bhd (KL:SIMEPROP) has achieved a 100% take-up rate for all 192 units of The Nine, Elmina Green, during its official launch on April 19, the developer shared in a press statement on Monday.

Sime Darby Property’s chief operating officer for township development Appollo Leong said: “The swift and complete take-up of The Nine, Elmina Green, reflects not only buyer confidence in Sime Darby Property, but also the increasing appeal of thoughtfully planned communities like the City of Elmina”.

The fully sold two-storey linked homes are part of the City of Elmina township, with a gross development value of RM198.2 million. Each unit includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a 12-feet backyard garden to support multigenerational living.

Scheduled for completion by June 2026, The Nine sits on 19.89 acres of land, with units having built-ups of between 2,000 and 2,342 sq ft. Prices start from RM921,888, and buyers include first-time homeowners, upgraders, and young families.

The gated project offers lifestyle facilities, such as an orchard garden, yoga lawn, futsal and badminton courts, and an outdoor gym, linked by two acres of landscaped parks.

Located 2km from the Elmina City Centre, there is access to shopping and dining options at Elmina Lakeside Mall, which is fully tenanted.

The development is also situated near the township’s education hub, with access to schools such as SK and SMK Denai Alam, SJK(C) Regent Elmina, and Sekolah Menengah Akademik Chong Hwa.

The development is accessible via the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE) and DASH. A clover upgrade of the GCE interchange is in progress, with a proposed direct link to DASH via the Elmina Ridge precinct.
