KUALA LUMPUR (May 19): Exsim Hospitality Bhd (KL:EXSIMHB), formerly known as Pan Malaysia Holdings Bhd, has returned to the black in its third quarter, thanks to a new segment’s contribution.

Net profit for the three months ended March 31, 2025 (3QFY2025) stood at RM5.02 million versus a net loss of RM1.43 million in the same period a year ago, according to the group’s bourse filing on Monday.

Revenue swelled year-on-year to RM55.72 million from RM1.17 million, attributed mainly to the new revenue stream from the design and fit-out segment, which posted a revenue of RM54.55 million or 97.9% of the group’s total revenue.

No dividend was declared for the quarter.
