PETALING JAYA (May 26): Property developer MaMing Group has entered into three joint-venture agreements to develop new residential and industrial developments in Selangor and Negeri Sembilan.
According to the press statement on Saturday, two of the joint-venture projects will be located in Selangor—one in Pulau Indah and another in Ulu Yam—while the third will be in Rantau, Negeri Sembilan.
For the project in Pulau Indah, the developer’s subsidiary, MaMing Development (SBB Park) Sdn Bhd, is collaborating with Wire & Wire Products (M) Sdn Bhd to develop 3.94 acres of industrial land along Persiaran Pulau Lumut into 12 semi-detached factory units ranging from 7,920 to 9,720 sq ft.
In Ulu Yam, MaMing Development (Batang Kali) Sdn Bhd is partnering with Yap Khay Cheong Brickworks (Batang Kali) Sdn Bhd to develop 11.4 acres into a 108-unit residential enclave.
The project will offer 60 single-storey semi-detached homes, 34 single-storey terraced homes, and 14 double-storey terraced homes, priced between RM250,000 and RM550,000.
The third collaboration involves MaMing Wire Development (Rantau) Sdn Bhd and W & W Land & Realty Sdn Bhd for a residential project on 4.0369 acres in Rantau.
Comprising 38 single-storey semidees and 45 single-storey terraced homes, this development is priced from RM250,000 to RM450,000, and is located less than 30 minutes from Seremban.
