According to Jess Wong Sook Lee (REN 15255) (012-433 6651) of Tech Realtors Properties,  the buyer was attracted by the prime location, lush green views, gated security, and appealing price point, making it a standout deal. The owners chose to let go of the land as they currently have no intention of developing it.
