KUALA LUMPUR (June 9): Real estate agency CiD Realtors Sdn Bhd plans to expand its presence in various regional markets across the country through the use of market analytics, data-driven territory mapping, and agent specialisation.

Its managing director Low Tung shared this during his speech at the agency’s awards ceremony held here recently, which saw 109 awards presented for sales achievements, 36 milestone awards presented for service above five years, and six awards presented to top performers.

Low said the expansion of regional collaboration networks will support cross-border investments and joint ventures, which will also serve to deepen its partnerships with various developers and institutions. Other planned initiatives include securing additional exclusive mandates on mixed-use and industrial developments, as well as curating more bespoke project marketing and tender advisory services for its clients.

“2024 was a year that challenged us, but also reminded us of what we are capable of. We launched new projects. We expanded our training under CiD Academy. We brought in new faces and helped groom new leaders. And through it all, we stayed true to our values, which are integrity, excellence, and teamwork. We did not just grow in numbers but we grew in impact,” said Low.

CiD Realtors plans to continue its dedication to talent development through CiD Academy for agents pursuing career advancement, as well as leadership development for team leaders. Besides that, it plans to launch targeted programmes in smaller cities and regional markets to ensure that local talent supplies match market expansion.

“In 2025, we are going further. We are going to elevate our systems, brand presence, and capabilities, not just as a company, but as a community. We are not here to just sell properties. We are here to elevate the lives of our clients, our agents, and members of the communities we serve. This is the year we lead with boldness and build with purpose. This is the year we step into the future, not just with confidence, but with commitment,” he added.

EdgeProp Malaysia was also present at the event as a sponsor. CiD Realtors and EdgeProp Malaysia have collaborated since 2022 on providing marketing services and integrating CiD Realtors’ listings into EdgeProp Malaysia’s platform.
