Average transacted price per sq ft for non landed residential properties around Arcoris Residences, Mont’Kiara went up by about 1.31%, from RM765 in 2023 to RM775 in 2024. Non landed residential properties cover approximately 178.27 acres or 12.14% of the area (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

According to Catherine Wong (PEA 2869) (019-663 3377) of Kith and Kin Realty Sdn Bhd, the buyer secured a rare unit with an unblocked view at just RM1,048 psf—well below market average and bank valuation. The owner, an investor, was cashing out.
