JOHOR, TEBRAU (June 11): EcoWorld signed on three major tenants at the lifestyle-focused commercial hub Santai Square, Eco Spring recently.

At the signing ceremony, EcoWorld officially welcomed its first group of anchor tenants—Jaya Grocer, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and TITAN Preschool.

Jaya Grocer has secured 10 units at Santai Square, occupying a total of 13,832 sq ft, and will serve as a key anchor bringing daily conveniences to residents and visitors alike.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf will have drive-thru at Santai Square, with a total space of 2,882 sq ft, catering to on-the-go customers.

Meanwhile, TITAN Preschool, occupying 13,078 sq ft over three levels, will establish an early childhood education hub within the development.
