The average transacted price for commercial properties around Bandar Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur decreased by about 56.67%, from RM3 million in 2023 to RM1.3 million in 2024. Commercial properties surrounding Bandar Bukit Jalil cover approximately 34.25 acres or 29.41% of the area (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).
According to Winson Liem Chin Fatt (REN 42924) (017-920 3368) of Billion Realtors, the buyer saw strong investment value in the retail shop given Pavilion Bukit Jalil’s growing potential and solid rental demand. The owner felt it was the right time to cash out with a good profit as he plans for retirement.
