PETALING JAYA (June 24): Crest Builder Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Crest Builder Sdn Bhd has secured a RM233.3 million contract to construct two blocks of serviced apartments with a podium in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.

According to its exchange filing today, the project, located at Lot 104295, Jalan Tiara in Taman Mutiara Bukit Jalil, was awarded by Sunway Flora Sdn Bhd.

The construction period is set for 36 months, with the starting date to be announced later.

The specialist construction and engineering contractor said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings for the financial year ending Dec 31 and beyond.

The group added that the contract will not have any impact on its issued share capital or the shareholdings of its substantial shareholders.
