KUALA LUMPUR (June 25): Trinity Group Sdn Bhd is set to launch Phase 2 of its Trinity Sensoria residential development in Ampang North soon, following the complete take-up of the RM172 million Phase 1 within six months of its soft launch.

Phase 2 will offer condominiums starting from RM592,000, with units ranging from 1,008-1,286 sq ft, on a 6.1-acre parcel of freehold land. The project has a gross development value (GDV) of RM580 million, and is scheduled for completion by the third quarter of 2028, said the group in a statement on Wednesday.

Located 10km from the Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Trinity Sensoria is accessible via several major highways—the Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), Sungai BesiUlu Kelang Elevated Expressway (SUKE), Duta–Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), Ampang–Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), SetiawangsaPantai Expressway (SPE), and East Klang Valley Expressway (EKVE).The development is also near retail and lifestyle destinations such as Melawati Mall, Wangsa Walk, KL East Mall and KLCC.

Phase 1 of Trinity Sensoria achieved full sales uptake, primarily from young families and professionals seeking a secure, wellness-oriented environment.

Trinity Sensoria features Malaysia’s first condominium-based “5X Protection System”, addressing contactless technology, wellness design, and physical, social and mental wellness amenities. Residents will have access to the 11,000 sq ft Sensoria Garden Spa, modelled after Austria’s Aqua Dome, and a 67,133 sq ft outdoor facility deck, with family-centric and leisure amenities.

The group has also invested RM6 million in infrastructure, including a new access road to the project.

“As a developer committed to redefining urban living, we’re proud that homebuyers have embraced Trinity Sensoria’s unique blend of innovation, security, and family-focused design,” said Trinity Group managing director Datuk Neoh Soo Keat in the statement.
