SHAH ALAM (July 2): S P Setia Bhd’s latest commercial development Nadi (Phase 3A) was launched on June 22 and it recorded 70% take-up during the weekend event. Nadi is located at Setia EcoHill 2 in Semenyih.

“We are delighted to share that our most recent launch, Nadi (Phase 3A) is well received and has gained a commendable take-up of 70% during the launch weekend. The units have attracted a good demand of purchasers and investors.

“Our target audience for Nadi is made up of business owners and brands that intend to expand their shops and operations within the residential catchment of Setia EcoHill 2, and surrounding areas.

“The commercial development would also appeal to our loyalty programme members, Citizen Setia who are looking into investment opportunities with Setia. We are confident that Nadi will add further value and vibrancy to the thriving Setia EcoHill 2,” said S P Setia divisional general manager Koh Sooi Meng.

“Scheduled to be completed by 2Q2028, Nadi (Phase 3A) of Setia Commerce Square, which is dubbed as the central business district of the Setia EcoHill 2 masterplan is poised to become one of the most vibrant commercial districts to serve the emerging Semenyih corridor,” stated S P Setia in a media release.

Overall, Nadi has a total GDV of RM489.4 million and was launched in three phases progressively, comprising a total of 224 units of shop-offices. Prior to Phase 3A, Nadi (Phase 1) was launched in 2Q2023, while Nadi (Phase 2) was launched in 2Q2024, both previous phases are fully sold.

“Promising a strong flow of future businesses at Nadi is the existing captive market from surrounding matured township developments, along with a direct catchment of 5,470 upcoming apartment units nearby,” added S P Setia.

Nadi forms part of the RM5 billion freehold, mixed township of Setia EcoHill 2 in Semenyih.

The 1,010-acre township is planned with 10,000 residential units and is set to be fully developed by 2031.

The township is situated next to Lekas EcoHill 2 Link which is the main road connecting Jalan Semenyih to LEKAS. Setia EcoHill 2 is connected to major highways including PLUS, SILK, SKVE, Jalan Semenyih, Jalan Bangi Lama, and the East Klang Valley Expressway, making Nadi a highly accessible and attractive hub for both residents and investors.
