Tropicana launches Lido Waterfront Boulevard’s Skypark Kepler, partners MBSB Bank to offer financing package

JOHOR BAHRU (July 3): Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) has officially launched Skypark Kepler, a premium serviced apartment located within its Lido Waterfront Boulevard, a 163-acre, freehold, mixed development township in Johor.

Developed in collaboration with the global hospitality company Banyan Group, Skypark Kepler is Johor Bahru (JB)’s first branded residences, said the developer in the launching event held here on Wednesday (July 2).

Skypark Kepler will feature 1,596 units, spread across two 54-storey towers. Ranging from 463 to 807 sq ft, with a starting price of RM580,000 or RM1,252.70 psf, units at Skypark Kepler will be available in three different layouts, partially furnished or fully furnished.

"The idea of Lido Waterfront Boulevard originated from Tropicana Group's vision to create a vibrant, future-ready destination that leverages Johor's strategic location and its growth potential, in particular, with catalysts such as the upcoming Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone and the completion of the JB-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) link,"  said Tropicana project managing director, southern region Ir Dr Jeffrey Yee.

Tropicana also signed a memorandum of understanding with MBSB Bhd during the official opening ceremony of Skypark Kepler’s show units and the upgraded property gallery located within the Tropicana Danga Bay township here.

Available exclusively to eligible purchasers of Skypark Kepler, Tropicana’s partnership with MBSB Bank is set to offer competitive margins of financing, with loan tenures of up to 35 years and interest rates of 3.85%.

Skypark Kepler has also achieved RM100 million in sales in two months. The project is expected to be completed in 2029, with piling works having commenced on site.
