PETALING JAYA (July 7): Radium Development Bhd (Radium) has relaunched Chancery Ampang SOHO, featuring Kuala Lumpur city’s first pet-friendly high-rise park.

Located along Ampang’s Embassy Row, the 51-storey project is anchored by a dedicated 10,000-sq ft lifestyle park that caters to furkids.

The park comes with landscaped gardens, a jogging track and an outdoor pickleball court. The development also includes 32 resort-style facilities, such as a sky pool, rooftop dining on Level 48, themed gardens, and shared community spaces.

Its group managing director Datuk Gary Gan said the transformation is more than a facelift, but a direct response to how people live today.

“Urban living is no longer just about location or luxury, it's about creating spaces that adapt to the way people want to live, work, and connect,” he said in a statement on Friday.

With a gross development value of RM530 million, Chancery offers 944 small-office home-office (SoHo) suites and 145 hotel suites, sized from 452 to 1,873 sq ft, starting from RM420,000.

“Our commitment goes beyond bricks and mortar. By integrating smart technology, sustainable features, and a vibrant mix of amenities, we’re creating a future-ready address that will stand the test of time and set a new benchmark for city living in Malaysia,” Gan added.

Chancery has achieved a Provisional GreenRE Gold Certification, supported by 264 rooftop solar panels, a rainwater harvesting system and spiral compactor waste management. Smart living features include touchless lift access, Schindler’s PORT lift system and secure smart locks in every unit.

The project sits 500m from the proposed Tasik Ampang MRT3 Circle Line station and has quick access to the Ampang-KL Elevated Highway (Akleh) and Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2). Residents will also be close to Suria KLCC mall, Gleneagles and KPJ Ampang Puteri hospitals, and the International School of KL (ISKL) and Sayfol International School.
