According to Tony Ong (REN 50512) (017-623 1430) of Reapfield Properties (HQ) Sdn Bhd, the buyer was drawn to the unit’s spacious layout, high ceilings and the rare convenience of six car park lots. The owners decided to sell as they were migrating overseas, making it a win-win deal for both sides.
As of early July 2025, there were 22 listings on EdgeProp for sale at Trinity Pentamont, with an average asking price of RM1,870,772.73 or RM825.80 psf based on built-ups ranging from 2,013 to 4,115 sq ft. For rental listings, there were a total of 43, with an average monthly rental of RM7,974.42 or RM4.20 psf based on built-ups ranging from around 557 to 2,091 sq ft.
