KUALA LUMPUR (July 15): Common Ground has launched its latest flagship coworking space, Common Ground KLCC, located within Menara Darussalam in Kuala Lumpur.

According to a media statement, the 15,000 sq ft site marks the brand’s 16th location in Malaysia and can accommodate over 300 members. It is located on the same grounds as the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, offering direct access to Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC Mall, KLCC Park, Pavilion mall, as well as KLCC LRT and Pavilion MRT stations via covered walkways.

Members will benefit from a partnership with the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, including access to the hotel’s fitness centre and swimming pool, a dedicated cafe, preferential room rates and dining privileges. They may also opt for meetings and events to be catered by the hotel’s professional events team.

Facilities in Common Ground KLCC include a 20-seat boardroom, meeting rooms with digital tech, private offices for teams of four to over 20, and up to 50 hot desking spaces.

Members also gain access to more than 45 Common Ground locations in 11 cities across the Asia-Pacific.
