PETALING JAYA (July 15): Ng Chan Mau & Co Sdn Bhd (NCM Co) is set to host its July Auction Carnival 2025 on July 23 at the NCM Co Auction Hall and Megan Avenue 2 Foyer in Kuala Lumpur, celebrating 38 years in the auction industry.

The hybrid event will see over 700 assets going under the hammer, including condominiums, terrace houses, shoplots, land, and more than 80 vehicles from hatchbacks to sports utility vehicles (SUVs) and pick-up trucks.

On July 24, an art auction at 12.30pm will feature curated local art pieces for both collectors and first-time buyers.

Successful bidders will also be eligible for lucky draws offering prizes worth over RM15,000, such as a Toshiba 280L refrigerator, steam oven, dishwasher, MMX 6L pressure cooker, and Simplus steamer irons.

Visitors can join live bidding on-site or online via Owner Auction™, supported by 13 major financial institutions including Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank), Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd, RHB Bank Bhd, Hong Leong Bank Bhd, Affin Bank Bhd, Alliance Bank Malaysia Bhd, Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN), HSBC Bank Malaysia Bhd, OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Bhd and Standard Chartered Bank.

Mortgage and financial advisors will be on site to help with financing options.

A special dance performance at 12.30pm will add to the carnival atmosphere. The event aims to attract everyone from seasoned investors to first-time homebuyers by offering an alternative, transparent way to buy properties and vehicles.

Operating since the late 1980s, NCM Co has conducted auctions covering homes, commercial lots and industrial units.
