LANGKAWI (July 18): Tropicana Cenang’s phase 1 & 2—Assana and Merissa Serviced Suites—have recorded 100% take-up while undergoing a topping off ceremony yesterday.
Assana and Merissa Serviced Suites are home to 831 and 60 units, respectively.
Representing Tropicana Corp at the event were Allan Wong, MD of project, and Ixora Ang, MD of marketing & sales and business development who “emphasised” on Tropicana’s visionary plan for Langkawi.

To cater to the market demand, the third and final phase—Clarissa Serviced Suites was launched together with its brand-new show unit.
Also present at the topping off event was Tuan Haji Zulkifli Abdullah, senior chief assistant district officer of Langkawi.
