KUALA LUMPUR (July 18): Sabah-based property developer KTI Landmark Bhd (KL:KTI) has secured a RM130.6 million contract to build the Malaysian Building Academy (ABM) campus in the state.
The contract was awarded to its wholly-owned subsidiary KTI Sdn Bhd by the Construction Industry Development Board, according to KTI Landmark's filing with Bursa Malaysia.
Construction of the building in the Papar district will be carried out over 24 months.
KTI Landmark, which was listed on the ACE Market in June 2024, said the contract is expected to contribute positively to its earnings for the financial years ending 2025 through 2027.
At Friday’s close, KTI’s shares rose one sen or 2.5% to 41.5 sen, giving the company a market capitalisation of RM322 million.
