SkyWorld launches SkyAwani PRIMA Residences, offers Maybank MyDeco Financing

KUALA LUMPUR (July 24): SkyWorld Development Bhd launched SkyAwani PRIMA Residences yesterday, the newest addition to its award-winning Awani Series.

Strategically located in Brickfields, SkyAwani PRIMA Residences is a joint development with Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia, “furthering SkyWorld’s mission to deliver quality, affordable homes within Kuala Lumpur”, stated SkyWorld in a media release.

The Awani Series has garnered global recognition, including consecutive Gold wins at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards for SkyAwani 2 Residences, Sentul (2022) and SkyAwani 3 Residences, Setapak (2023).

Of note is that SkyWorld is the first Malaysian developer to offer Maybank MyDeco Financing for a newly launched project during its construction phase.

“Eligible SkyAwani PRIMA Residences buyers can access up to 120% financing (capped at RM250,000), with the additional 30% covering interior works and design, furnishings, fittings, aesthetics, and décor seamlessly from the point of loan application,” SkyWorld revealed.

Homeowners can manage their makeover journey via SkyWorld’s e-commerce platform, Solution+, within the SkyWorld Connects app, accessing curated interior solutions such as built-in kitchen and wardrobe systems, cabinets, shoe racks, LED lighting, ceiling fans, water heaters, kitchen hoods, and hobs, all eligible under MyDeco Financing.
