The landed residential properties in Sejati Lakeside span approximately 48.98 acres, or 69.06% of the area (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

According to Dylan Lai (REN 30618) (016-762 8220) of GT Nelson Realty Sdn Bhd, the house in this deal was brand new, still under defect liability, and sold below market price.

The seller was a doctor who had initially purchased it to live closer to a hospital she wanted to work at, but was later based in Kuala Lumpur.
