KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 22): Censof Holdings Bhd (KL:CENSOF) has secured a RM12.4 million contract from the Ministry of Housing and Local Government to develop a one-stop centre licensing system for local authorities.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said its wholly owned subsidiary Century Software (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd had accepted the letter of award from the ministry’s Local Government Department on Friday.
The project carries a tenure of 24 months, running from Sept 1, 2025 to Aug 31, 2027, with no extension or renewal option upon completion.
According to the group’s annual report, Century Software remains the financial management software provider's largest subsidiary and a key revenue contributor.
For over 25 years, it has reportedly been recognised as a leading provider of financial management solutions designed for Malaysian government agencies, with products fully compliant with the Standard Accounting System for Government Agencies (SAGA).

Censof’s net profit for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025 (1QFY2026) slid 32.4% year-on-year to RM1.20 million, as revenue eased 0.5% to RM25.36 million from RM25.49 million.
On Friday, shares of Censof had slipped half a sen or 2.78% to 17.5 sen at the noon break, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM93.96 million.
